After a 20+ year career in corporate management, audit, and finance for major financial and pharmaceutical institutions, Jeff transitioned full-time into leadership coaching, business consulting, and motivational speaking. He now dedicates his work to guiding men who seek more than just success—they seek purpose, fulfillment, and alignment in all areas of life.

Jeff and his wife, Tierney, live in Phoenix, Arizona with their three children. Originally from South Bend, Indiana, he graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Management & Accounting. He enjoys studying Biblical wisdom, great conversations, CrossFit, adventuring, and great food.
